Reach For The Sky

We asked Parker Siegele what he wanted in his first signature board and his bottom line was durability and amplitude. We pressed our hybrid wood and foam Fusion Core into a 5-Stage rockerline with more volume in the tip and tail, framed it in with DuraRail, and skinned it with an Impact Base before shipping it to Parker for testing. After a few minor tweaks like adding a spine along the base for softer landings and pumping up the rockerline for more height, we dialed in the perfect shape for anyone looking to challenge Parker’s technical riding.
The varying edge bevel allows the REVO forgiving enough for beginners and intermediate riders to enjoy but was truly designed to inspire confidence when strapped to the feet of advanced and professional riders. When learning new tricks you need a board with an edge hold you can trust but forgiving enough edge not to smoke you with each fall. This blend of comfort and performance is what makes the REVO the perfect choice for Parker.
DURARAIL – Is a high density durable urethane material that boarders the entire board. At 5.25 cm thick, Durarail sidewalls ensures your board will last through whatever you throw at it, cable parks, rocks, dock slides or etc…
IMPACT BASE – We once again pulled some inspiration from our snowboard brethren and our Impact Base is the same material you’ll find on the slopes of your local mountain. Built to withstand multiple seasons of shredding O’Brien’s the only manufacturer proud to stand behind wakeboards used on cable park features with a full 1 year warranty against not just manufacturer defects but breakage!
FLEX TECHNOLOGY – Like skateboards and snowboards O’Brien’s Flex Technology is constructed of multiple materials sandwiched together and framed by a urethane sidewall. This produces a board with optimum flex profiles and durability to last multiple seasons.
DELTA BASE – Providing the same advantages as dimples on a golf ball Delta Base technology is evidenced by the unique tip and tail features on the base of the board. These features cause the waters surface to break much like a stone skipping across the water’s surface resulting in a fast effortless approach into the wake.
5-STAGE ROCKER – We take our Continuous Rockerline and slightly kick the tip and tail upward. This keeps the board riding fast across the water as we’re able to increase rocker height without increasing the belly of the board. The result is more vertical pop than a Continuous Rocker with more predictability than a 3 Stage Rocker.
